About the author










Jean Perois, a security practitioner with several decades of experience in the Middle East, is now teaching security studies and international relations in several universities and at the Military academy of St-Cyr Coëtquidan. He is still a security analyst for a French consultancy for which he covers the Middle-Eastern region. Jean Perois holds a PhD in politics and International Relations, is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and a Chartered Security Professional (CSyP). He currently lives in France.
