As part of the end-of-training case study report at the IFIAG school & the LECNAM university, and to obtain the title Business Organization Manager, I worked during the month of March 2016 within the company AUTO HALL the exclusive distributor of FORD vehicles in MOROCCO at avenue Lalla Yacout.The main objective of this mission can be summarized as follows:*Discover the world of work.*Evaluate the theoretical skills acquired throughout thetraining.* Put into practice the theoretical knowledge.*Develop skills and know-how.*Develop professional knowledge.*Strengthen their analytical and organizational skills.*Improve the quality of its work.* Understand the value of teamwork, respect for hierarchy andinternal laws of society.*Develop communication skills.*Etc..
