Self-realization of personality in adulthood - Interdisciplinary Analysis

In the Russian-language scientific literature, a person in adulthood is undeservedly poorly represented. The goal of this book was to fill this gap whenever possible. The paper analyzes the signs of mature age, the possibilities of self-realization at this stage of ontogenesis, presents quantitative and qualitative data on the stated problem. About the author

Irina Vitalievna Solodnikova absolvierte die Fakultät für Psychologie der Moskauer Staatlichen Universität. Seit 1992 unterrichtet er an einer höheren Schule. 1996-97. Praktikum an der University of Minnesota (USA) im Rahmen des Austauschprogramms des Junior Faculty Developmental Program (JFDP). 2007 verteidigte sie ihre Doktorarbeit in Soziologie an der Russischen Staatlichen Humanitären Universität.
