The objective of writing this book is to bring capital market law to the doorstep of those who are interested in investing in the stock market globally, but with special emphasis on the Nigerian situation. About the author
O. M. Olatunji is a law lecturer with specialization in corporate and investment laws and also a consultant to various organizations on real estate/ investment. He introduced capital market for the 1st time in Nigerian Uni and his study in secondary schools in Nigeria. He holds a Master of Philosophy in Law and has authored books on corporate law.
