Mateo Zielonka, o The Pasta Man para sus Instafans, es cocinero en 180 The Strand, una galería y espacio de arte colaborativo en Soho House. También dirige la cocina de The Store X, con su propio espacio dedicado a la pasta. Nació en Polonia y hace seis años que trabaja en Londres, durante los que ha trabajado en Padella y Polpo. También da clases de elaboración de pasta. Puedes encontrar algunos de sus vídeos sobre pasta en Food52, The Feedfeed y Designmilk. Este es su primer libro.

Mateo Zielonka, or The Pasta Man for his Instafans, is a cook at 180 The Strand, a gallery and collaborative art space in Soho House. He also runs the kitchen at The Store X, with his own space dedicated to pasta. He was born in Poland and he has been working in London for six years, during which time he has worked at Padella and Polpo. He also teaches pasta making classes. You can find some of his videos about his pasta on Food52, The Feedfeed and Designmilk. This is his first book.
