There exists conflicts between development Agencies and local people if the relationship between the two is not well established from insertion. For development to take place, displacement is invitable. However, displacement must follow a right procedure and the rightful stakeholders must be involved from the onset. Therefore this book enlightens us on the process of displacement of the habitants of Lumbo village was followed by developing agencies in Kazungula District of Southern Province in Zambia.
