BRUTAL MINDSET (The Beast Called Mental Health)

'What if' are a interesting couple of words,just two little words you might think yet unbelievably powerful.So powerful indeed that for 45 years they directed my life ,not because I believe I am a particularly cautious person nor a weak individual no I believe this mindset was placed in me by the beast I call mental health a beast I have tried to battle for over four decades .
I had to come up with a system that worked or I would die ,so I did I call my system Brutal Mindset and it relies on goal achievements, consistency, and a level of incremental exercise and nutrition which some may say is impossible because of the minuscule amount you have to put into the system.
All I can say is what do you have to lose then? I need help because I am hounded by my beast,come with me and let me see if I can help you with yours.
