In this book, Cícero Tavares approaches the retirement of the federal public servant, analyzing with much scientific rigor and competence, in its deferent aspects. In his writing, he approaches important points such as the classification of the degrees of disability of the servant for retirement purposes. It emphasizes that even though there are several laws about special retirement for federal public servants, in 2019 it was regulated by EC 103/2019. In addition to a study of quite high academic degree, the concepts, ideas and values contained in this work, the classification instruments adopted by the multidisciplinary committee for classification of disability in the degrees, mild, moderate and severe are presented.
