Agriculture is of great importance and is part of the economy of the countries where it is practiced. It constitutes an important base of food resources. This agriculture is threatened by climate change which is nowadays at the center of concerns of both scientific actors and policy makers at the global level (Ali, 2010 ; Niang, 2009) and at the local level Togo (CSIGERN )Climate change is one of the many obstacles to human development and food security (Boko, 1988). These effects are even more noticeable at the local level (Paturel et al., 1995; Rabourdin, 2005, Smit, Skinner, 2002) and make agricultural production conditions more difficult. How do these farmers perceive this and how do they adapt to it?
