About the author

José Aníbal Campos received a degree in German philology and has translated many well-known authors. In 1999, he was awarded the Translation Prize of the Republic of Austria for the translation and dissemination of contemporary Austrian literature.

Will Gmehling is a German author and his books have been translated into many languages. Piscina earned him the German Youth Book Award in 2018.
