This book, of a political, sociological and philosophical nature, deals with the various problems of society on the basis of democratic principles and the foundations of the rules or fundamental laws that organise it and must organise it sovereignly, politically, socially and democratically for the well-being and life of the people; and which attribute and must attribute to each citizen, since each one serves his country under the flag, and governs and submits all, the citizens, to the same Law, the function of citizenship to participate in the politics of the society in order to contribute to its construction and development in accordance with the democratic and republican Constitution taking into account the rights and duties of the man or citizen, equality, justice and freedom. Guillaume Mbala Dindembi est un philosophe-chercheur-écrivain congolais de la RDC. Homme des lettres, il est licencié en philosophie et auteur du roman intitulé "L'Homme et sa peine, Ma peine console ma peine" paru aux éditions Edilivre le 17/05/2018. "Loi et démocratie, Étude des préalables pour une politique citoyenne" est son deuxième ouvrage.
