About the author

Samira Idllalène is Professor of Law at Cadi-Ayyad University, Safi, Morocco. She was a Fulbright scholar in 2016 as a Courtesy Associate Professor at the University of Oregon, School of Law. She is a partner with Environmental Law Alliance Worldwide and pro bono legal consultant for Moroccan environmental NGOs.
