About the author

Martin Betts is Emeritus Professor of Griffith University, having previously served as Deputy Vice Chancellor of Engagement. He was also formerly Executive Dean of Science and Engineering at QUT. He is now the co-founder of HEDx, which has the mission of changing higher education for good.
