O autor obteve o seu primeiro grau honorífico na Universidade Ahmadu Bello, Zaria e o seu mestrado em Psicologia Educacional especializado em Desenvolvimento Infantil na Universidade de JOS, Nigéria. Estudou também no Milton Margai College.
