Nanesenie pokrytiq razlichnoj tolschiny 1 mkm i 5 mkm pri temperature osazhdeniq 4000C i 5000C sootwetstwenno. Mikrostruktury pokrytiq byli proanalizirowany s pomosch'ü SEM, XRD, AFM, a mehanicheskie swojstwa - s pomosch'ü testa na mikrotwerdost' i sherohowatost' powerhnosti. V rezul'tate nablüdalas' ochen' tonkaq zernistaq powerhnost' i otsutstwie zagrqznenij na izobrazheniqh SEM, a morfologiq powerhnosti s pokrytiem pokazala, chto chasticy rawnomerno raspredeleny po alüminiewomu splawu. Rezul'tat XRD pokazywaet, chto pri uwelichenii temperatury osazhdeniq razmer kristallitow YSZ uwelichiwaetsq, tem samym uwelichiwaq znacheniq twerdosti sootwetstwenno.
