Prevalence of the unity of title theory of imputation - Determination of the legal nature of the extraneus in the crime of collusion

The legal foundations that support the Prevalence of the Theory of Unity of Title of Imputation in the determination of the legal nature of the Extraneus in the crime of Collusion are established, from a descriptive model, of conversation analysis and doctrinal review, the main results show that the trial of the Extraneus under the Theory of Unity of Title of Imputation guarantees the fulfillment of the public purpose of the criminal process in an integral manner; In addition, it allows to repress the conduct under the approach of the theory of general prevention, as well as it guarantees the reparation of the affected treasury to the State.
