Briony Benjamin is a keynote speaker, viral video producer and author of
Life Is Tough But So Are You. After creating cheeky and impactful videos for Australia's leading purpose-led campaigning groups, she landed the job of Executive Producer of Video at women's media site Mamamia. However, a few months into the job she started to feel crappy … All. The. Time. Doctors told her she was just stressed and should learn to meditate.
