Diamonel, a wife and mother of two, is a New Orleans native. Diamonel has published three journals that focus on enhancing self-care through writing "Notes to Self," a fitness journal and a children's book, "Our dad Officer Goat '' that enlightens the perspective of great police officers. She enjoys spending time with family and motivating others to improve themselves bothphysically and mentally. Diamonel is on a mission to motivate and inspire both women and men through journaling.
