About the author










Tanya Lapointe is a producer, writer and director. After 15 years in journalism, she made the leap to film with Arrival, Blade Runner 2049, as executive producer on Dune, and as producer on Dune: Part 2. She has also written several books, including The Art and Soul of Blade Runner 2049, The Art and Soul of Dune, and the upcoming The Art and Science of Arrival. Based in Montreal, Canada.
Simon Ward is a writer of both fiction and non-fiction, specialising in cinema and graphic novels. Based in London.
