About the author










Kerry Howard is a corporate mental health advisor and a former practicing psychologist specialising in trauma prevention and treatment. In 2021, she won the Excellence in Science and Technology Award for her pioneering work in the delivery of online trauma therapy. In 2022, she won bronze in the Stevie Awards Maverick of the Year for her unique approach to mental health.
