Case studies of sports glories - oncepts case study and sporting glory

The case study is considered by some as a research method and by others as a methodology. In this work, the most important authors who have studied the concepts of case study and sporting glory have been studied. The methodologies used for case studies in different areas have been evaluated, emphasizing the case study of sports glories, considering athletes, coaches, sports groups, institutions and others. A methodological conception for the case study of sports glories is proposed.

About the author

Elle a étudié à l'Instituto Superior Pedagógico de Guantánamo, à Cuba. Elle est titulaire d'un diplôme en éducation, avec une spécialisation en histoire et sciences sociales et en pédagogie-psychologie, d'un master en enseignement supérieur et d'un doctorat en sciences pédagogiques. Elle enseigne actuellement à l'Universidad de Oriente. Elle a collaboré à des projets éducatifs en Angola et au Mexique.
