About the author

A mom faced with the challenges of raising a special needs child with many medical conditions. Marlene decided to educate herself along the years, volunteer at children hospitals and advocate for her child. Medical interpretation in Spanish was something that came from the heart in medical settings. Learning more and more Marlene decided to start a company that she would help families in similiar situations, she became an author when she realized she wanted to reach a greater audience and bring the story of her son and other disabilities to the homes of many.
