Forever Friends

It is the first day of kindergarten and five girls meet. Author Kimberly Matthews was inspired by her real-life college friends. After meeting and bonding though working at their school newspaper, they remain friends to this day and continue to inspire each other.

About the author

Dr. Kimberly A. Matthews is an Author, Professor, and Researcher. Playing teacher and writing stories were her two favorite childhood pastimes. Her body of work includes children's books and nonfiction historical books. Her projects focus on empowerment, diversity and inclusion, and leadership. Dr. Matthews completed her Ph.D. in the field of Education from Virginia Commonwealth University.
