If the history of Africa is not necessarily a glorious one, it must also be emphasized that the difficulties encountered by this continent in establishing itself and asserting itself as a developed and sovereign continent are not, however, insoluble difficulties. Even if certain fundamental problems remain without adequate solution until now, it is necessary to recognize that the dynamics of history, the appearance of new constraints associated with the old ones are an objective proof of what the African has the obligation today more than in the past to become aware of its multifaceted delay and to engage with much circumspection and perspicacity on the way ofon the path of an inclusive development. This development requires a disconnection from the real existing capitalism. This disconnection requires caution because Africa has known more than one attempt at disconnection in its past and present history. Each time, the attempt ended in a generally shared dissatisfaction.
