The Manda National Park (MNP), located in southeastern Chad on the Koumra-Sarh axis in the Sudanian zone, covers an area of 114,000 ha. It was created in 1965 for the propagation, protection and conservation of wild animals and plants. In order to characterize the floristic diversity of the PNM. We collected floristic and dendrometric data. The experimental device of the research carried out is constituted of plots of 50 m x 50 m for the woody species and For the herbaceous ones, in the plot of 50 m × 50 m, five quadrats of 5 m x 5 m were installed among which four in the corners and one in the center. The plots are arranged in a random pattern within the park, dendrometric data for all woody species were collected at breast height (1.30 m) or 10 cm above ground level (for species branching at less than 1 m height). The APG (Angiosperms Phylogeny Group III) classification system was used for qualitative floristic analysis.
