We worked with a sample of 21 patients with lung cancer. The information was obtained by surveys and the individual clinical histories of the patients. It was observed that this pathology is more frequent after the age of 50 years (95.2%), similar behavior for both sexes according to the type of lung cancer. It was also observed that in women it appears at younger ages. Non-small cell lung cancer had the highest incidence. Smoking was a relevant risk factor and the most commonly used treatment was mixed, with a predominance of chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
