About the author










Barbara Abdeni Massaad is a Lebanese food writer, TV host, and cookbook author. She is author of Soup for Syria, Man'oushé, and Mouneh, which won the Gourmand Cookbook Award and the International Academy of Gastronomy Award. She is a founding member of Slow Food Beirut.
