Winner of the 204 Blue Light Press Award
Alice Elizabeth Rogoff lives in San Francisco. She has been
an Editor of the Haight Ashbury Literary Journal since 1984.
She has a BA in Anthropology from Grinnell College, Masters
Degrees in English: Concentration Creative Writing and in Drama
from San Francisco State University, and a Certificate in Labor
Studies from City College San Francisco. She has been published
in Poetry At The 33, The San Francisco Bark - A Gathering of Bay
Area Poets, Borderlands - Texas Poetry Review, The Small Pond
Magazine of Literature, Beat (Poetry and Arts), and The Noe Valley
Voice. She received an Honorable Award in the Artists Embassy
International Dance-Poem Contest. She is on the Steering
Committee of the National Writers Union Bay Area chapter. She
is the Recording Secretary for the San Francisco Living Wage
Coalition, and leads drama workshops for low-income adults.
