About the author

Ine
De Volder is a creative jack-of-all-trades. In addition to her work as a
kindergarten teacher and author, she is constantly looking for new ways to
realize her dreams and ideas. In the past, Ine participated in a magazine for
toddlers, wrote children's poetry, and made a number of educational editions
for schools.
Maarten
Arys studied illustration at the Saint Lucas Art Institute in Ghent, Belgium.
When a local newspaper, the De Morgen, commissioned him to complete several
illustrations, it resulted in a long-term collaboration. More recently, Maarten
has begun illustrating children’s books. He enjoys working with traditional
materials, such as watercolor paint, gouache paint, and colored pencils.
