About the author










Debbie Vilardi is a freelance editor and author of over twenty leveled readers, including two books in the Superhuman Feats series published by Capstone Press in 2019. She's also the author of poems, short stories, and personal essays for children and adults. Her most recent publication "Aunt Esther's Coat" (Mishpacha Jr, 2020) has Jewish themes and is based on her family's history in New York City during the depression. Debbie also copy edits science and technology articles for Front Vision, a Chinese magazine for young adults published by Xiaoduo Media. Debbie lives on Long Island with her husband and two teens.
