About the author










James Hewetson-Brown was an arable farmer before he started experimenting with wildflower meadows in order to find the right approach for a wide range of sites and expectations. Now his successful techniques and products are used to establish beautiful biodiverse meadows in private gardens and public spaces.

His wildflower turf is in much demand by garden designers, has featured in award-winning Chelsea Flower Show gardens and was used on the much celebrated set for the opening ceremony of London's Olympic Games in 2012.
