The paper analyzes the spatial location of the zones of deep fault systems and the geometry of the coastlines of oceans, seas, rivers and lakes at the global, regional and local levels of the hierarchy. Factors influencing the genesis of fracture formation and the formation of tectonic faults at all levels of the hierarchy are considered. The influence of tectonic faults on the placement of deposits in the Earth's crust is considered. The fundamental model of structuring the tectonosphere of the Earth's autoclave system by energy waves is considered. In the work the factors of oil and gas generation are substantiated for the first time. The mechanism of formation of continental marginal and Mediterranean seas is fully stated. Offers an innovative method for mapping tectonic faults. The work is intended for geologists-theorists and practitioners.

Graduated with honors from TashSU Department of Geology in 1978. Worked in HYDROINGGEO, then in the field geological exploration party (noble metals) (V-K GE), since 1986 was transferred to the experimental-methodical expedition at SAIGIMS of Tashkent. He was engaged in research work since 1974.
