Cindy L. Adams, MSW, PhD (Veterinary Epidemiology) is Professor in the Department of Veterinary Clinical and Diagnostic Sciences at the University of Calgary, Veterinary Medicine, Canada, where she developed and implemented the Clinical Communication Program.
Suzanne Kurtz, PhD (Communication) is founding director of the Clinical Communication Program and Clinical Professor at the College of Veterinary Medicine, Washington State University, USA. She is the author, with Jonathan Silverman and Juliet Draper, of Skills for Communicating with Patients.
