The purpose of this publication is to establish the nature of the jurisprudential theses. Jurisprudential thesis; because, based on the criteria of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN), it can be of Justice of the Nation (SCJN), it can be:- The abstract form of a legal criterion; or- The interpretation of a normative precept.However, a third possibility is explored:- That the jurisprudential thesis, by reason of its obligatory nature and form of the scope of a normative precept, so that, since it should be read in coordination must be read in coordination with said precept, it configures a norm.

About the author










He has a law degree from UNAM and a Master's Degree in Law from the same university. He has collaborated in the Judiciary of the Federation since 2012, first in the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation and currently as deputy director of area in the Federal Judiciary Institute.
