One of the most widely used learning tools in teaching clinical reasoning is clinical reasoning training (CRT). The objective of our study was to assess the contribution of CRA in the teaching of Internal Medicine. Our study was exploratory, descriptive and cross-sectional, conducted with 16 students. Our work was based on three ARC sessions on the topics of Raynaud's syndrome, dry syndrome and weight loss. A pre- and post-session evaluation was performed. The sessions were evaluated by a Likert-type questionnaire. All students were familiar with CRA. The relevance of the theme was judged at least satisfactory for the first 2 sessions, unsatisfactory for the 3rd session. The students had better prepared the sessions and participated more satisfactorily from one session to another. The improvement of the reasoning and the intervention of the instructor were judged at least satisfactory by all the students. Despite its limitations, our study confirmed the relevance of using CRA in internal medicine teaching.
