Sevara Anvarovna Ziyaeva, (PhD, DSc) en ciencias pedagógicas, nació en 1975 en Tashkent. Desde el año 2000, comenzó a trabajar como profesora de alemán en la Universidad Estatal de Idiomas del Mundo de Uzbekistán. El autor es coautor de 3 libros de texto y 2 guías de estudio sobre el idioma alemán.
