Abigail Skunk's Lessons for her Kits is the first in the Woodland Tales - which is a series of stories about animals that live in the forest and coastal areas of British Columbia, Canada. The Woodland Tales were written as a dedication project for Marian's granddaughter when she attended Kindergarten.

About the author

Marian Keen, B.S. in Education, Central Connecticut State University, has been writing in a variety of genres since the early 1980s. Marian majored in middle-grade education, and taught grades five and six.
