Philosophy of law operates not only with the concepts of human rights and freedoms, but also with the concepts of morality, ethics, justice, and conscience, and constantly balances abstract concepts with the sensual perception of these concepts. The notion of justice, the most important concept in the philosophy of law, is distinguished as true justice, and as judicial justice. True justice is related to morality and conscience, which in turn are a consequence of a religious worldview. Judicial justice is related to family-state morality articulated in legal systems. Legal systems and true justice are opposed to each other in the XXI century. Partial or complete connection of them is possible only through the religious response of every man about the meaning of his own life. In articles the author considers profane, mythological and sacred history of Russian people from positions of religious analysis, offers mythological constructions directed on revival sacred history of Russian people and the state, and also considers relations in Russian Church and the Russian empire of XXI century from positions of philosophy of right.
