About the author










Assistenzprofessor an der Europäischen Universität seit 2015, in der Hotelfachlizenz, Lebensmittel- und Getränkemanagement UC. Außerdem war er von 2006 bis 2011 Lehrbeauftragter am Polytechnischen Institut von Leiria für Hotelmanagement und von 1998 bis 2006 am Höheren Institut für Erziehungswissenschaften für Tourismus, Gastgewerbe und Thermalismus.
