The present book is a selection of texts produced for the assessment work of the curricular units of the fourth year of the anthropology course, which I now bring together to share with those who enjoy these themes.Anthropology, reproduction and social differentiation and the food record, brings together texts on economic anthropology, social reproduction and an essay on the gift; political anthropology, social differentiation and the Negara; the anthropology of the symbolic, the food record in carnival and other festivities; traditional literature, the food record in Cinderella's tales in the Mediterranean context; methodology for the social sciences, the ritual cooking of the Greeks and the Mofus; and methods and techniques of anthropological research, a gastronomic research project.We can go through various disciplinary areas of anthropology, working texts by different authors, on the food record.
About the author
Assistenzprofessor an der Europäischen Universität seit 2015, in der Hotelfachlizenz, Lebensmittel- und Getränkemanagement UC. Außerdem war er von 2006 bis 2011 Lehrbeauftragter am Polytechnischen Institut von Leiria für Hotelmanagement und von 1998 bis 2006 am Höheren Institut für Erziehungswissenschaften für Tourismus, Gastgewerbe und Thermalismus.
