About the author

Astra Emir has been a practising barrister for many years, specialising in employment , transport and regulatory law and a nuber of other areas. She also lectures and is an examiner for various institutions, is the co-author of Employment Law: An Introduction (OUP 2019) among other publications, and is the founder of Legal Confidence training and blog.
