About the author
Owen Smith has been a plumbing and gas-fitting teacher, and manager in the TAFE sector since 2001. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Adult and Vocational Education, was a foundation member of the National Plumbing and Services Training Advisory Group (NPSTAG) and is also the author of Basic Plumbing Service Skills: Roof Plumbing. Most recently he has taken up a regulatory role of Principal Advisory Officer (Plumbing) within Consumer, Building & Occupational Services, Tasmania.
