About the author

Rainer Krumm is a management trainer, consultant, and coach. He studied business education and strategic management and has advised, trained, and coached international companies, top executives, and teams in over 20 countries. He is considered one of the most experienced international consultants and trainers in the field of corporate culture and change management – based on the developmental psychology of Prof. Clare W. Graves.
He is both founder and managing owner of axiocon GmbH, a management consultancy specializing in organizational and value management, and of the 9 Levels Institute for Value Systems GmbH & Co KG – an institute that develops and distributes the scientifically proven analysis tools for the 9 levels model, which have been tested in practice. The Ravensburg-based institute specializes in the development and distribution of analysis tools for value systems.

Christian Buchholz is an expert in leadership and innovation. For more than 15 years, he has been sharing his knowledge and inspiration on the topic of “thinking differently” in lectures, seminars, and workshops. He has accompanied a large number of companies in different industries and countries during change processes and supported them in creating a sustainable culture of innovation.
He is cofounder and shareholder of the Verrocchio Institute for Innovation Competence, which bundles and disseminates innovation know-how. In this role he supports customers with an international team in the development of an efficient innovation and corporate culture.
