About the author










Vanessa King is a board member and lead positive psychology expert at the charity Action for Happiness. She has a Masters degree in Applied Positive Psychology and about happiness around the world, translating the latest psychological research into practical action to help individuals, organisations and communities enhance their wellbeing and resilience. Vanessa's 10 Keys to Happier Living framework to increase happiness and resilience became a book published by Headline and a TEDx Talk. She is also the author of the children's book 50 Ways to be Happy.
