About the author

Alexandra F. Morris, originally from South Salem, NY, is a PhD researcher in history and a Module Tutor at Teesside University. Her doctoral research focuses on disability in the Hellenistic & Ptolemaic Periods. She has an MA in Museum Studies, an MA in Near Eastern Languages & Civilizations and a BA in Archaeology, Anthropology and Art History.
Jake Jackson has written, edited and contributed to over 20 books on mythology and folklore. Related works include studies of Babylonian creation myths, the philosophy of time and William Blake's use of mythology in his visionary literature.
