The penetration rate of the Internet is still very low in Benin, particularly in the North of Benin, and e-commerce is an innovation in this area. Thus how to take in a world where the Internet offers new opportunities, this book allows to set an example to follow as a young entrepreneur. The first chapter deals with the steps that a business plan must contain. This is the chapter that allowed the description of the objectives, vision and mission. It was also the guiding document in which the financial needs were also expressed. The second chapter dealt with the first implementation of the project. Based on the equity, the failures and successes were outlined. The establishment of a partnership contract with all business partners was elaborated. In sum, it constitutes a guiding document for any young entrepreneur.
