About the author

Enrico Partiti is Group Legal Counsel for sustainable finance at Triodos Bank. He is Extramural Fellow at the Tilburg Law and Economic Center and Associate Researcher at the T.M.C. Asser Institute in The Hague. He obtained his PhD at the University of Amsterdam.

Summary
