About the author

Isabel Lischewski is Post-Doctoral Research Assistant at the Chair of International Public Law and International Human Rights Law, University of Münster. She studied law at Münster University and Higher School of Economics Moscow. She was a recipient of a doctoral stipend of the Studienstiftung des Deutschen Volkes and a Visiting Doctoral Researcher at New York University School of Law. Her dissertation was nominated for the Study Prize of the Körber-Stiftung.

Summary
