About the author










Glenroy Brown was born and raised in Kingston Jamaica in 1988. When he was 12 years old, he came to the US with his mother and settled in New York. There he began to experiment with seasonal foods of the North East with his traditional West Indian style of cooking he learned from his grandmother.
During the suspension of service and closures of the Covid-19 Pandemic, after 11 years in the restaurant industry, Glenroy made the decision to pursue his own venture, established ChefBoyPrince Catering & consulting Co.
The company has gotten off to a fast start , catering to the NBA in Orlando during the time they spent in the bubble, and recently traveled to Costa Rica.
Glenroy is a first time author 'chefboyprince travels series1 Jamaica' which is the first of a 7 part series, highlighting traveling and cooking with kids, things that Glenroy loves to do!
