Dans le cadre de la valorisation des plantes médicinales de la flore malgache, l¿étude de la plante Anthospermum perrieri, une RUBIACEAE endémique de Madagascar, a été effectuée. Le fractionnement par chromatographie sur colonne ouverte de l¿extrait dichlorométhanique de racines d¿Anthospermum perrieri a permis d¿obtenir 14 fractions (RS2-r1 à RS2-r14) dont 11 ont montré une activité antibactérienne par la méthode « bioautography ».
