Having personally suffered for 15 years of horrific bulimic and anorexic experiences, she knows what you're going through, and now 25 years entirely free from both. Thanks to various therapist's help, Kate decided that she would like to help others.
So, 21 years ago, she trained as a psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner and eating disorder therapist. She has been helping clients overcome their bulimia entirely and this is what she teaches in Bulimia Sucks and now Bulimia Sucks Workbook.

Kate Hudson-Hall is a psychotherapist, podcaster, and author of the best-selling book "Bulimia Sucks!" Kate has just released her new award-winning, best-selling book "Anxiety Hacks." With self-help proven techniques, tools and tips to break challenging behaviors connected to anxiety. At the age of 18, she began her anxious bulimic career in earnest! After sexual abuse and fifteen years with an eating disorder. She eventually freed herself from the clutches of bulimia. She then stepped out and decided to take a different bulimic pathway. Feeling the great need to help others as she had been helped. She has spent the last two decades working as a psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Program) and EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner.Having spent the last two decades working as an anxiety therapist and wanting to reach out further than just her immediate clientele, Kate decided to write this book, pouring into it all she has learned and experienced in helping others with anxiety.
